Biography
Born in Brighton and bred in South London, I moved to Glasgow in 1987, where I continue to work as an actor, director and drama teacher. I've been married to my dear wife Karen for the last 21 years.
My passions are Shakespearean tragedy, the work of Howard Barker, the work of Michael Chekhov and Uta Hagen, journalling.
Favourite actors include Mark Rylance, Jeff Bridges and Marion Cotillard.
Favourite movies: A Double Life; Godfather 2; La Vie en Rose; There Will Be Blood
Favourite TV programmes: Slings and Arrows; Fawlty Towers; Our Friends in the North; Twenty Thousand Streets Under the Sky.
Favourite plays: Betrayal; King Lear.
